Privacy policy
How ZIPMORA handles your files, preferences and website requests.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Your files stay on your device
ZIPMORA processes images and PDF files locally in your browser. The tools do not upload your file contents to ZIPMORA or a processing server. Original files and generated results are held in browser memory while you use the page.
Download any results you want to keep before leaving or reloading the page. Closing the page normally releases the tool’s memory; your browser and operating system manage their own storage and memory.
Preferences and cookies
ZIPMORA uses localStorage on your device to remember your light or dark theme preference. You can remove this preference through your browser’s site-data settings.
ZIPMORA does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies, load third-party tracking scripts or display advertisements. Hosting and security services may use technical cookies where needed to protect the website. There are no user accounts, subscriptions or payment features.
Ordinary website requests
Opening the website sends normal web requests to its hosting provider. These requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time. This technical traffic is separate from the contents of files selected in the tools.
When the site is deployed on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare may process request data to deliver and protect the website under its own service terms and privacy policy. Hosting and security logs are subject to the provider’s settings and retention practices.
Practical limits
Processing depends on your device, browser support and available memory. File size and format limits are shown in the tools. Unsupported, encrypted, damaged or unusually large files can fail.
Local processing reduces the need to share file contents, but no website or device can promise absolute security. Use a trusted device and browser, particularly for sensitive documents.
Google services and consent
Search engine ownership verification is separate from advertising. Preparing or verifying the website for Google does not activate advertisements or upload files.
Google’s Privacy & messaging consent system is prepared for a future integration but is not currently loaded. Before advertising is introduced, this policy must identify the services and purposes in use, and the appropriate certified consent system must be configured for visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. When available, the privacy and cookie settings control in the footer will let you revisit your choices.
Future changes
Advertising spaces are currently inactive. If ZIPMORA introduces advertising, analytics, accounts or paid features, this policy and any required privacy controls must be updated before those features are enabled.
The date above identifies the current version of this policy. Review this page when returning to the site for information about any changes.
