Will the image look exactly the same?
Lossy compression can reduce detail. A smaller target usually needs a stronger reduction in quality. Review the preview before downloading.
What happens if the target is too small?
If the compressor cannot reach the target within its supported settings, it displays an error. It does not label an oversized output as a successful result.
