Set pixel dimensions without distorting your image
Use width and height when a website requests specific pixel dimensions. Keep the aspect ratio locked for natural proportions. Unlocking it changes the shape by stretching the image; it does not crop it. A smaller pixel size does not guarantee a particular file size in KB.

Can I change the aspect ratio?
Yes. Disable the aspect-ratio lock to set the width and height independently. Changing the ratio stretches the image.
Does enlarging add detail?
No. Resizing can increase the pixel dimensions, but it cannot restore details that are missing from the original image.
